Making sense of your answers
If you put yes to all questions, congratulations. You have worked hard to get and develop the right leaders and help them work together.
If you answered no to some questions in section A, look again at how you are building your leadership pipeline. You might be getting by today but, over time, you are unlikely to have the capacity you need to grow or sustain the business. Find out the challenges our clients face in developing leaders and how we help them.
If you said no to some questions in section B, it sounds like your organisation is not getting the most from your leadership team. This is very common. Great leadership teams are productive and fun: it doesn’t have to be a grind. Find out some of the challenges our clients face with their teams and how we help them.
If you put no to some questions in section C, you are identifying organisational barriers to effective leadership. Perhaps managers or HR are not providing the necessary support. Or perhaps there are tensions between divisions or a mismatch between strategy and behaviours. Read about our client challenges in how organisations support leadership and how we help them.
