Our core values represent what we believe underlies effective leadership:

Compassion

Stepping up is not easy. It requires you to try new things, take a few risks and look in the mirror to notice the less-than-perfect bits of yourself. And it’s often quite lonely. We strive to be understanding and kind but still challenging enough to help our clients keep moving forward.

Integrity

If leaders want to be successful over the longer term, they need integrity. We aim to stay focused on our best intentions and work in a way that is sound and complete. It means putting our clients’ interests first. It means delivering what we think is the truth even if it's hard. It means standing back to take a broader view of the system and acting in more rounded ways to get sustained results. And it means making the effort to keep learning so we can bring our best to our work.
