• We’ll listen hard to what you want to achieve and direct everything we do towards helping you achieve it
• We won’t knowingly over-promise – in fact we’ll tell you now that getting good results requires hard work...but we will be there to support you along the way
• We’ll do what we say, when we say we’ll do it
• We’ll tell you the truth, even if it’s not really what you want to hear...and as we said earlier, we’ll always be there to help you figure out what to do with it
• We’ll help you do things as simply and easily as possible
• Over time, we’ll pass on our skills to you (if you want them, of course!)
