We like to keep learning

The areas we are currently researching are:

  • Building global, virtual teams. Many leaders tell us they find it particularly hard to build cohesive, productive teams when people are distributed geographically. We are investigating what are the particular challenges faced by global, virtual teams and how to help them work well together.
  • Developing people to lead in complex and changing situations. One of the foundations of our work is accelerating the ability of our clients to lead in the most complex and changing situations. These situations require leaders to be adaptable and resilient and able to help others be the same. We are exploring how we can systematically help leaders take a step forward in these dimensions.
