For more than 15 years Vincent has been coaching, mentoring and assisting with mental preparation of executives, government employees and competitive athletes. His focus areas are leadership and impact development, conflict facilitation, power and influence within organisations, performance, team consolidation and motivational alignment. Vincent is faculty member of HEC Paris School of Coaching and a coach supervisor. Prior to his current role as executive Coach, Vincent occupied C-level positions (Special Counsellor, Head of M&A…) for government (French Prime minister) and international companies (utilities and advertising). He has been a partner in executive search firm with international clients (Europe, USA, Australia). Vincent holds a MA in Management from ESCP Europe and a MA in Political Sciences from The Paris Institute of Political Studies. He is fluent in French and English.
