Louise is a seasoned leadership and organisation development professional with solid practical business experience as an entrepreneur and in a large variety of corporate settings. She has worked at senior executive levels in client organisations to bring about strategic change, influence organisational culture and develop strong leadership. She is known for her ability to make the link between personal aspirations, team relationships, organisational culture and business realities. She holds a degree in Industrial Relations and a diploma in Adult Education, and studied Organisational Learning and the Action Science methodology with the late Chris Argyris, professor emeritus at Harvard University. Louise is based in Montreal, Canada, and speaks fluent English and French as well as conversational Spanish.
